  • a-) Hollywood Smile Design

    Hollywood smile is a perfect smile, perfectly straight and white teeth, and today is possible with advanced dental medicine techniques. teeth change the appearance of the face and can rejuvenate it, while on the other hand, unnaturally white teeth are often not beautiful. The teeth change the appearance of the face and they must be fixed to obtain a beautiful look. Aesthetics are very important, but health comes first. Patients often want to whiten their teeth or get veneers.

    To have  an ideal smile, we must take into consideration several number of factors:

    the age of the patient,

    the shape of the head,

    the color of other teeth,

    the shape and size of the teeth

    Methods to achieve a perfect smile

    If the teeth are healthy, it is recommended to wear a fixed orthodontic appliance. We recommend placing porcelain veneers on your teeth. This is one of the most famous methods of getting the "Hollywood smile".

    The veneer is as nail as and covers the outer surface of the tooth, meaning that only the front of the tooth on which the veneer is cemented is polished.

    To place a porcelain veneer, you must have a regular bite, healthy teeth without inflammation, and healthy dental gums that must not bleed, which means that oral hygiene must be extraordinary.

    When the veneers are cemented, the most important part of the operation follows like caring for oral hygiene. Veneers need to be treated like natural teeth and brushed regularly.

    If the teeth are yellowish but healthy, we recommend bleaching. To carry out the whitening, there should be no exposed dental necks because a great hypersensitivity of the teeth could occur, in addition, teeth with caries, loose teeth , or teeth with inflammation should not be whitened We live in an age where success in business and in life is often associated with a beautiful smile also increases self-confidence in all social and personal relationships

    And most importantly, teeth are proof of health

    b-) Zirconium Crown

    The ceramic zirconium crown is a high-end dental material found in construction using as a  non-metallic material of the underlying ceramic structure.

     Unlike the ceramic metal crown, the ceramic zirconium crown uses a core in zirconium oxide (or zirconia) which makes it extremely resistant to the loads.

    The reason that prompted the researchers to use zirconium instead of metal is that the former has remarkable aesthetic qualities, i.e. it allows light to pass through which metal alloys do not allow. The result is easily understood, i.e. the encapsulated tooth will not be distinguishable from those natural since it will behave like the latter.

     Construction procedure

    First dentist checks if the tooth needs to be treated (caries, pulpitis, etc.), devitalized if the case requires it and, finally, reduced to a stump or filed. The procedure is performed with local anesthesia.

    The dentist scans dental impressions which will be sent to the technical laboratory. The dental technician creates a plastic mold based on three-dimensional scanning which represents width, height,  and dept.   After the computerized design of the future ceramic zirconium crown, the information passes from the software to special instrumentation which has the task of milling the zirconium block and thus creating the cap which will complete the zirconium cap with the ceramic and coloring it.

    The patient carries a  temporary resin crown until zirconium crown implants get ready. The mold returns to the laboratory which will complete the zirconium cap with the ceramic and color it.

    Now the crown is ready to be definitively cemented on the residual part of the tooth to restore both the masticatory function and the aesthetics of the recipient.

    Advantages of the ceramic zirconium crown

    Extreme resistance comparable to that of the metal and ceramic crown with the addition of the translucency of zirconium;

    Absence of allergic reactions thanks to the high biocompatibility of zirconium;

    Possibility of building fixed prostheses on complete dental implants without fearing weak points due to sudden breakages;

    Very light weigh material in comparison to metal crown

    c-Dental Implantology

    Dental implantology is a dentistry branch that aims to restore missing teeth by inserting artificial titanium roots (dental implants) so  implantology is a rehabilitation procedure aimed at those who have lost their natural teeth

    Artificial teeth are designed to replace real teeth that are missing both in terms of aesthetics and chewing function. The cutting-edge dental implantology techniques allow a permanent rehabilitation of chewing and avoid the hassles associated with the use of removable prostheses, ensuring an aesthetic result equal to that of natural teeth.

    Healing Time of Dental Implant Integration

    Dental implant surgery starts with the positioning of a titanium dental implant integrated into the bone of the affected dental arch. The patient doesn`t feel any different inside his mouth since the implant locates inside the bone and gum for the necessary time of integration.

    Usually, the integration time of the implant changes according to the bone concerned. If it is integrated into the maxillary(upper jaw)it takes 4-6 months but integration into the mandibular( lower jaw) it takes a  shorter time like  3-4 months.

    In some cases, the dental implant can be placed without cutting the gum. This technique allows to minimize the surgical trauma of the intervention, also shortening the healing times. After the integration period, the uncovering of the implant is performed. The uncovering of the implant exposes its head in the oral cavity, through the use of healing screws which serve to adapt the gingiva.

    Implant integration is not a painful procedure. It takes only  5-30 minutes and is performed under local anesthesia. With recommended painkillers prescribed by the dentist, healing occurs very fast.

    d- Laminate veneer(Porcelain Laminate)

    A dental veneer is a decorative sheet that covers the surface of the teeth. They are made of different materials, such as resin or porcelain.

    They also have different manufacturing processes depending on the material used. But the final shape has the appearance of a tooth, and the dentist will position it in front of your teeth. The perfect surface of the veneer will cover any damage to completely transform your smile. Laminate veneers are also known as porcelain veneers. They are the traditional type of veneers.

    The thickness of veneers is about 0.7mm thick, a very important feature because it affects both the procedure and its application. Since they are thick, they are very effective in covering defects and correcting almost any dental irregularity, with their high intensity.

    Procedure

    The camera captures recordings both inside and outside of your mouth to 3D design for modeling laminate veneers. The design is done by considering the patient`s natural movement of his lips to determine how your dentures will interact with his lips and his natural facial movements.

    The dentist molds the teeth and sends the mold to an external laboratory in which your laminate veneers will be manufactured. The entire procedure is lengthy and can take anywhere from 3 weeks to a month.

    If it is necessary, the dentist should correct the teeth first before applying the porcelain veneer, pre-treatments such as tooth enamel correction, root canal treatment, teeth cleaning, and caries treatment are completed.

    e-)Teeth whitening

    Teeth whitening is an aesthetic dental treatment aimed at restoring the natural color of the teet. Teeth can get stained over time and absorb color pigments from various sources like food, drink, mouthwashes,drugs,  and smoking

    The color pigments settle in the hard dental tissues (enamel and dentin) and alter the natural color of the teeth, causing their progressive yellowing and/or darkening.

    Professional teeth whitening is performed by specialized dentists and hygienists who use suitable instruments and special hydrogen peroxide-based products to remove the pigments deposited within the dental enamel and dentin and responsible for the altered coloring of the teeth.

    The only useful solution to eliminate pigments and their effects on the teeth is the oxygen that develops during professional treatments with hydrogen peroxide.

    Teeth whitening should not be confused with professional teeth cleaning and in no way replaces such treatment. On the contrary, correct outpatient oral hygiene must always precede professional teeth whitening.

    In turn, although it may contribute to the brightness and good health of the teeth, professional tartar removal does not replace teeth whitening operations.

    There are various do-it-yourself solutions on the market to remove or mask surface stains (abrasive toothpaste, whitening pens, home teeth whitening kits, etc.), but professional dentists and hygienists advise against relying exclusively on these solutions.

     They allow you to act temporarily only on the outer surface of the teeth, without contributing to the elimination of deep-seated pigments that cause yellow teeth.
